Christ Church parish church, Highland Road, Bromley Park, BR1. Built in 1887 in the Early English style for Samuel Cawston, developer of the Bromley Hill estate. Originally a chapel of ease to Bromley parish church, then attached to St Mary's, Plaistow, it was made a parish church in its own right in 1923.
