Kilfinan Church, carved stones and burial ground

The Kilfinan Stones Housed in the Lamont Vault at Kilfinan Parish Church is an important collection of burial stones and memorials, some dating back to the 9th century. A list can be found on the Friends of Kilfinan site. Plans have been developed to restore the Lamont Vault and the stones, providing a public viewing gallery from the external steps. http://www.drumcot.org/lamontvault.html
