Portland Railway, Light and Power Sellwood Division Carbarn Office and Clubhouse

The former Portland Railway, Light & Power Company's Sellwood Division Carbarn Office and Clubhouse, commonly known as the Carmen's Clubhouse during its original period of use. It was built in 1910 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This view is from the northeast, with the sidewalk on SE 11th Avenue in the foreground. During the building's original use, tracks ran past this side of the building and also the other (south) side, to reach the Sellwood Carbarn (which was located to the left, on the other side of 11th Avenue). A single freight track of Oregon Pacific Railroad still runs past the building's south side.
